What is the bits mentorship program?

The mentorship program is a way for mid to senior level professionals and experienced entrepreneurs to get involved in their communities. It’s an 8-week business training program where you share your skills with a diverse group of young entrepreneurs to help them understand how to start and run their own business.

We run a hybrid cohort in Ottawa with the first and last class in-person and all others over Zoom.

“Such a great experience being a Mentor. Great course material, the team is so supportive and Hammad was a great facilitator in the Boot Camp program as he was able to break down and explain information clearly and concisely! I look forward to being a Mentor again in the near future!”

Paige Gellineau

“Mentoring for BITS's YCEO program provided an environment to leverage my skills to guide, motivate, and encourage young individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their ideas.”

Anirban Chatterjee

“This was my first time mentoring with BITS and the experience was quite emotional. It felt so good to come in every week and consistently work with someone on making their dreams come true. I was so lucky to have mentees that were receptive, open to conversing and problem solving, and committed to making something happen.”
